ON Thursday, the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) rendered arrival honors to PLt.Gen. Rhodel Sermonia, the Deputy Chief for Administration of the Philippine National Police.
This is during his exit call to the Chief of Staff AFP on January 17 at the Camp Aguinaldo, General Headquarters, Quezon City
Sermonia was received by his classmates in the Philippine Military Academy “Makatao” Class of 1989, General Romeo Brawner Jr, the Chief of Staff AFP, and LtGen Charlton Sean Gaerlan, The Deputy Chief of Staff AFP.
Upon graduation from the PMA, he became an officer in the Philippine Constabulary, then a service in the AFP until it was absorbed into the present PNP in 1991.
He is due to retire this January after 39 years of distinguished and invaluable service as a cadet and police officer.
