DEPARMENT of Environment and Natural Resources Metropolitan Environmental Office (DENR MEO) – South assisted in Obstruction Clearing Operation in the part of Taguig-Pateros River in Brgy. Cute.
More than 100 officers and representatives from MEO – South, Taguig City Environment and Natural Resources Office, Brgy. United. Comembo, Committee on Clean and Green, Leonel Waste Management Corporation, and Estero Rangers, in the removal and cleaning of the garbage clogged in the said river, which, in total, more than eight hundred (800) sacks were filled from it.
MEO-South has shown that proper waste management and maintenance of the cleanliness of Metro Manila will be more successful if all the sectors that it should participate in are united. Because of this, the protection and preservation of its waterways, and Manila Bay, as a whole, will be intensified.
