DINALUHAN ng aabot sa mahigit 400 miyembro ng real estate industry mula sa Cebu, ang kauna-unahang Asian Real Estate Summit (ARES) 2023 sa Bangkok, Thailand.
Pinangunahan ni Filipino Homes Founder at President Anthony Gerard Leuterio ang pagdalo ng mga real estate broker, salespersons, real estate companies at business leaders na mula pa sa Cebu para sa ARES 2023 na ginanap sa Amari Watergate Bangkok, Thailand.
“ARES 2023, we call it the Asian Real Estate Summit, this will be an international event and this will be first ever will be doing this outside the Philippines all the time,” ayon kay Anthony Gerard Leuterio, Founder & President, Filipino Homes.
Inihayag ni Leuterio na ang naturang Real Estate Summit ay hindi lamang patungkol sa Cebu kundi sa buong bansa, kung saan ibabahagi sa summit ang mga best practices, innovation, inspiration sa lahat ng mga stakeholder ng industriya.
Layon ng summit na mailahad at mapag- usapan ang iba’t ibang isyu at trends sa real estate industry sa gitna ng digital-driven economy na may temang “Revolutionizing the Real Estate Industry: The Power of Proptech and Digital Marketing in Asia”.
Akma rin ani Leuterio ang aktibidad para sa mga real estate professionals na makipagpalitan ng ideya at magbigay ng kaalaman sa industriya.
“But the most important, they will see the experience on how Bangkok transformed into the urbanized city and they can use this experience in the country,” dagdag ni Leuterio.
Dumalo rin sa nasabing summit ang Cebu base na Cebu Landmaster Inc. at Weecom Developers Inc., dalawa sa tinaguriang fastest-growing real estate companies sa bansa ngayon.
Pag-uusapan din sa summit ang innovation sa kasalukuyang digital economy, mga iba’t ibang estratehiya sa pagbebenta ng properties sa Pilipinas, maging ang counterparts nito sa Thailand.
Naniniwala si Leuterio na ang hinaharap ay patungkol sa pagbibigay halaga at diskarte sa Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) connectivity.
Nais din nitong i-groom ang mga ahente sa mga real estate para magbenta ng mga properties sa Asia, Middle East at South Amerika.
Ito aniya ang unang hakbang para mahasa ang mga ito sa international market.
“The most important is they just have to collaborate, the strategy on how they can use the new way of marketing. Because we as a Filipino we’re very good in marketing, it’s very important we can also experience other country where we can use their strategy also. And we are inviting so many speakers to talk on their strategy here in Bangkok, it’s not just a Filipino setting but it is also sharing ideas and strategies on how we can capture the market,” ani Leuterio.
Ang mga overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) ang isa sa top real estate buyers sa bansa, karamihan sa mga binibili nito ay residential properties gaya ng condominiums.
Ayon sa Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), ngayong unang quarter ng 2023, tumaas ng 3% ang OFW remittance ng bansa, mula sa P8.65-B umabot ito sa P8.91-B.
Sa naganap na ARES, mas napalawig pa ang kaalaman ng mga nasa industriya ng real estate na tiyak na magpapaunlad sa kalakalan nito sa global market.
