BINIGYANG-diin ni Atty. Harry Roque na wala siyang warrant of arrest o hold departure order kaya may karapatan siyang bumiyahe.
Matatandaang kinuwestiyon ni Sen. Hontiveros ang Bureau of Immigration sa pagdinig ng Senate Committee on Justice noong March 4 tungkol sa kinaroroonan ni Roque.
“For the record, there is no warrant of arrest issued against me. Flight from a congressional contempt, I wish to underscore, cannot be the evidence of anything. As DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla said, I am being pursued not as a criminal or fugitive but as a resource person.
Having said this, I have no hold departure order and have the right to trave,” pahayag ni Atty. Harry Roque, Former Presidential Spokesperson.
