Brawl among football fans delays Argentina-Brazil World Cup qualifier

THE sixth round of the 2026 World Cup qualifying started almost 30 minutes late after supporters of both football teams clashed with each other.

The brawl among fans started during the performance of the national anthems.

One fan was injured and needed to be assisted away from the stadium using a stretcher while police officers were forced to intervene.
