AS part of its rabies prevention campaign, the Davao City Veterinarian’s Office (CVO) announces the February schedule of free castration for dogs and cats.
Personnel from the CVO will be visiting two barangays in Bunawan District; one in Calinan District, one in Agdao District, two in Toril District; and two other barangays in Marilog District.
On February 8, CVO personnel will be in Barangay Ilang, and Barangay Mahayag on February 22.
In Calinan District, the CVO is scheduled to visit Barangay Calinan Proper on February 12.
Meanwhile, there will be a free castration activity in Barangay San Antonio, Agdao District on February 14.
Personnel from the CVO will also be in Barangay Mulig at the Deca Homes Club House on February 15, and in Barangay Daliao on February 23.
In Marilog District, the CVO is scheduled to conduct free castration services in Barangay Baganihan on February 26, and on February 29 they will be in Barangay Tamugan.
Pet owners who wish to avail of the CVO’s free castration services are advised to check the Facebook page of the CVO: City Veterinarian’s Office – Davao City for more details, inquiries, and the guidelines and requirements to avail of the service.
The CVO is also reminding Dabawenyos that the schedule for the free castration program is subject to change under certain circumstances.
