THE Philippine Navy honored Commodore Rommel U Labrador PN, Deputy Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, as he paid an exit call to Vice Admiral Jose Ma Ambrosio Q Ezpeleta PN, Flag Officer In Command, Philippine Navy, on January 28, 2025 at the Navy Headquarters in Manila.
“We extend our heartfelt thanks for the exceptional service you have rendered to the Philippine Navy,” Vice Admiral Ezpeleta said thanking Commo. Labrador who is set to retire on February 5, 2025, after 38 years of dedicated military service.
A proud member of the Philippine Military Academy “SAMBISIG” Class of 1991, Commo. Labrador has served a distinguished military career, leaving a legacy of dedication and professionalism.
“Your commitment and leadership have played a crucial role in advancing the Navy’s mission and capabilities,” Vice Admiral Ezpeleta added.
