IN its bid to rationalize and harmonize the implementation of the government’s livelihood and employment programs, the labor department led the adoption of the Program Convergence Budgeting (PCB) in a meeting on 2 May 2024, in Quezon City.
The activity supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.’s directive to rationalize similar, overlapping, and redundant programs, activities, and projects on livelihood and employment offered by various government agencies.
