THE Crown Prince of Dubai assessed future plans designed for the Arab Youth and reviewed the milestones achieved in the past two decades.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, allotted precious time to examine the key milestones of Young Arab Leaders, which was established 20 years ago in 2004.
The Young Arab Leaders (YAL) is a non-profit initiative launched by the ruler of Dubai aimed to educate and empower the next generation of leaders in the Arab World.
It is also designed to create a regional network of influential business leaders and experts to guide talented Arab youth, for them to excel in their fields and capitalize on future opportunities.
According to the Crown Prince, the program has attracted 15,000 young leaders from 22 Arab countries to its network.
Their goal is to further increase this number to 50,000 in the near future.
Sheikh Hamdan acknowledged the importance of enhancing the leadership and influential role of the youth, as well as empowering them with the necessary tools and innovative skills, to serve as key pillars of growth in Arab countries.
Young Arab Leaders focuses on empowering the Arab youth and developing young leaders to create a positive impact in society.
The Crown Prince emphasized that the initiative aligns with the vision of his father, no other than the ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, with goals to transform it as the most prominent network for young future Arab leaders in the region.
