Ayon sa mayora, nasa 3-K pamilya ang makikinabang sa tulong mula sa Fil-Chinese community.
Ito’y inisyatibo nina FCCCII President George Chua Cham, Atty. Edward Chua Cham, presidente ng PFCCCII-Dagupan Pangasinan, Jimmy Gapuz, Board of Directors at sa Federation of Filipino-Chinese Association of the Philippines (FFCAP), Philippine Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Inc. (PCCCII), Overseas Chinese Alumni Association of the Philippines, Filipino-Chinese Amity Club, World News Daily at marami pang iba.
Naghatid din ng relief goods sa Dagupan si National Vice President-Luzon at Governor of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Jojo Valerio para sa 1,000 pamilya at arroz caldo para sa Brgy. Bacayao Sur.
