Iran strikes Israel’s spy base in Iraqi Kurdistan

IRAN’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp. launched ballistic missiles and drones at the headquarters of Israel’s spy agency Mossad.

The group described the Israeli agency as the “headquarters of spies.”

According to them, the attack which took place in Erbil, northern Iraq on Monday night was a response to the assassination of several IRGC and resistance commanders.

Iraqi sources said ten missiles fell near the U.S. Consulate.

Iran accused the Israeli agency of operating espionage operations and a center where terror attacks against the Islamic Republic and the region are being planned.

The governor of Erbil describes the incident as a terror attack that killed four people and injured six others.

Meanwhile, Israel’s ally United States, through US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller, strongly condemned Iran’s attacks in Erbil and offered condolences to the families of those who were killed in the strike.

Iran warned to continue its offensive operations as tensions in the region escalate amid the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
