AMBASSADOR Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Philippines Endo Kazuya visited Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman to discuss Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects, among other matters, on June 14, 2024.
Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Chief Representative Takema Sakamoto and the Embassy of Japan’s Second Secretary and Finance Attache Kensuke Sugimoto were also present during the courtesy visit, which also touched on the Mindanao Peace Process.
Joining Sec. Mina were DBM Undersecretaries Margaux Salcedo and Wilford Will Wong and Assistant Secretary Mary Anne Dela Vega.
