THE enforcement of law under the Marcos administration is questionable according to Jeffrey Ka Eric Celiz, a former national intelligence officer and cadre of the communist terrorist group CPP-NPA-NDF.
Celiz claims that while the Marcos administration is harassing Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy, who remains an accused, while it remains silent regarding France Castro of ACT Teachers Party-list, who was recently convicted of child abuse.
Ka Eric alleges that this indicates a conspiracy between the terrorist group and President Bongbong Marcos‘ administration, particularly in the lower house due to his cousin, Speaker Martin Romualdez.
“There is an obvious and undeniable conspiratorial relation between the government of Marcos Jr., through his cousin (Martin Romualdez), indirectly facilitated by this cousin, especially in the House of Representatives where the operatives of CPP-NPA-NDF are present,” according to Jeffrey ‘Ka Eric’ Celiz, Former National Intelligence Officer, CPP-NPA-NDF.
He asserts that the Marcos administration considers Pastor Apollo and the Dutertes criminals despite no verdict yet.
“How can you consider Pastor Quiboloy and [Sara Duterte and Rodrigo Duterte] criminals when these people have no convictions? They are accused using the political operations of the Marcos government. But they are not convicted or even put under trial. France Castro and Satur Ocampo are convicted beyond reasonable doubt,” Celiz added.

Therefore, Ka Eric challenges the House, especially Speaker Martin Romualdez, to discipline or remove France Castro as a lawmaker after her guilty verdict for child abuse.
He adds that if they managed to do this to expelled Cong. Arnie Teves without a court verdict, they should act on a convicted child abuser who is also known as an urban operative of the CPP-NPA-NDF.
“Martin Romualdez cannot deny that if they do not discipline and remove France Castro from the House of Representatives, along with her colleagues, on the grounds of their very gross violations of our laws, especially their exploitation of children and indigenous communities with court convictions, it now affirms that this collusion is true. Therefore, Martin Romualdez and the Marcos Jr. government should also be held accountable for conniving and conspiring with the enemies of the state like France Castro,” Celiz stated.
The former cadre adds that the Marcos administration’s approach is dangerous.
“This conspiracy and collusion are very harmful. This does not benefit our government institutions and our democratic institutions because it sabotages our laws and uses such powers to divide the people and exploit those who are helping the government, like what they are doing now against Rodrigo Duterte, Vice President Sara Duterte, and even Pastor Quiboloy and the Kingdom of Jesus Christ,” Celiz added.
It can be recalled that Pastor Apollo previously stated that his life is in danger, which is why he has not appeared in public.
