ON the third day of MAREX25, forces from the U.S. Marine Corps, Philippine Marine Corps, 64th Division Reconnaissance Company (64DRC), 6th Infantry “Kampilan” Division, Philippine Army (6ID, PA), Regional Mobile Force Battalion 14 (RMFB-14), Philippine Coast Guard BARMM, and Fleet Marine Reservists gathered on April 2 at the 1st Marine Brigade (Unang Marinong Brigada) in Barira, Maguindanao del Norte for a series of key training sessions.
The training included a Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE) on Crew Served Weapons to improve weapon handling for enhanced combat readiness, a session on Mission Essential Equipment for Fires Observer/Controllers to refine precision and coordination for effective fire support, and a SMEE on Tactical Logistics to optimize resource movement and operational efficiency.
A Leadership Forum also provided senior commanders and personnel the opportunity to discuss leadership principles, share insights, and reflect on challenges in complex military environments.
As MAREX25 continues, upcoming days will focus on advanced tactical training, operational readiness, and ongoing coordination.
