THE Marine Battalion Landing Team-8 (MBLT8), through the 38th Marine Company, proudly took part in the 28th Pamulinawen Festival, a vibrant and culturally significant month-long celebration in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte on February 01, 2025.
The Pamulinawen Festival showcases the rich history, traditions, and unwavering spirit of the Ilocano people. One of the festival’s most anticipated highlights is the Civic-Military Parade, which ushers in the celebration with an impressive display of unity between various sectors of society.
MBLT-8’s participation added a meaningful touch, emphasizing the strong and enduring partnership between the Philippine Marine Corps and the local community. As the festival celebrates faith, unity, and cultural pride, MBLT-8 stands alongside the people of Laoag City, upholding the values of duty, honor, and patriotism.
