OFW Catherine Pamatian expresses her gratitude to Migrant Workers Secretary Hans Leo J. Cacdac for the assistance on her immediate repatriation and for the medical support on her ongoing treatment for cervical cancer.
Pamatian is a domestic worker in Kuwait since May 2017 and was unable to complete her latest contract due to a diagnosis of cervical cancer.
She was repatriated from Kuwait on May 10, 2025 with the permission of her employer to return to the Philippines for urgent medical care. She is currently confined at the OFW Hospital in San Fernando, Pampanga.
