THE Philippine Air Force (PAF) proudly celebrated the graduation of 58 newly minted Military Pilots in a ceremony held at Bactol Hall, Fernando Air Base, Lipa City, on April 4, 2025, with the Commanding General of the PAF, Lieutenant General Arthur M Cordura PAF, as the Guest of Honor.
The newly graduated pilots, members of the Military Pilot Training (MPT) Class of 2025, have successfully completed the challenging requirements of flight training, earning coveted aeronautical badges and qualifying them to be further trained to fly other PAF air assets.
These graduates have demonstrated exceptional dedication, resilience, and skill throughout their training, which reflects the high standards of the PAF Flying School.
During the ceremony, Lieutenant General Cordura led the awarding of Special Awards and Academic Distinction Awards, recognizing the outstanding achievements of the top graduates.
In his keynote address, Lieutenant General Cordura emphasized the critical role these new pilots will play in safeguarding national security. He reaffirmed the PAF’s commitment to building a mission-oriented, capability-driven, and values-based organization, prepared to face the evolving challenges of modern air defense.
