PHILIPPINE Coast Guard (PCG) Deputy Commandant for Operations, CG Vice Admiral Rolando Lizor Punzalan Jr, welcomed the Non-Resident Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Lithuania to the Philippines, H.E. Ricardas Slepavicius at National Headquarters, Port Area, Manila, on 08 April 2024.
During the visit, the officials discussed the challenges in the West Philippine Sea and potential avenues for future cooperation with Lithuania.
Also present on the said visit were PCG Deputy Commandant for Administration, CG Vice Admiral Allan Victor Dela Vega; Deputy Chief of Coast Guard Staff for International Affairs, CG-5, CG Commodore Algier Ricafrente; and Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon (CGDNCR-CL), CG Commodore Arnaldo Lim.
