THE Coast Guard District North Eastern Luzon (CGDNELZN) is now on high alert in preparation for the impact of Tropical Storm (TS) in the region.
CGDNELZN Commander, CG Captain Ludovico Librilla Jr, has instructed all Coast Guard Stations and Sub-Stations to maintain readiness by activating their deployable response groups (DRGs) and preparing their search and rescue (SAR) boats, vehicles, and gears.
With the District on high alert, CG Captain Librilla reminds local fishermen and residents of flood-prone areas to take safety precautionary measures.
