THE Philippine Air Force (PAF), through its Office of the Air Force Sergeant Major, conducted a two-day Senior Enlisted Leaders Forum from April 2-3, 2024, at the HSSG Multi-Purpose Hall in CJVAB, Pasay City.
This forum brought together Sergeant Majors from various PAF Units, as well as Senior Enlisted Leaders from General Headquarters, AFP and Chief NCOs from the HPAF.
During the two-day event, participants engaged in lectures and workshops where they shared best practices, ideas, and innovative strategies to enhance morale, welfare, and discipline within the PAF Enlisted Corps.
The forum highlights the PAF’s commitment to its personnel’s well-being, leadership and management development, ultimately aiming to build a more resilient and effective Enlisted Corps.
