THE Philippine Army recognized the innovative peacebuilding efforts of Maj. Ron JR T. Villarosa, one of the 2024 Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipino Soldiers, in a recognition ceremony in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on April 10, 2025.
Army Chief Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido acknowledged Maj. Villarosa’s exceptional contributions to peacebuilding efforts in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) during the ceremony.
