THE Philippine women’s team secured the bronze medal in their historic debut at the 2025 Asia-Pacific Women’s Lacrosse Championship in Queensland, Australia.
This serves as the country’s first title in an international lacrosse event after defeating Chinese Taipei in the bronze medal match with an 18-6 final score.
The women’s team also clinched a spot in their first-ever appearance at the 2026 World Lacrosse Women’s Championship in Japan.
