I expressed my gratitude to host a courtesy meeting with His Excellency Ambassador Philippe J.
Lhuiller, the Ambassador of the Philippines to Spain. This meeting was a valuable opportunity to discuss the strengthening ties between our two nations and explore areas for collaboration.
One of the key topics we touched upon was the reopening of the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) in Madrid. This initiative plays a crucial role in strengthening the economic and trade relations between the Philippines and Spain, providing an important platform to further promote Philippine products and services in the Spanish market.
We also discussed the upcoming visit of His Majesty King Felipe VI of Spain to the Philippines. This visit marks an important milestone in our diplomatic relations and will provide an excellent opportunity to deepen our bilateral ties.
