PREPARATIONS are in full swing for the 2025 Palarong Pambansa, set to take place in Ilocos Norte from May 24 to June 2.
Philippine Sports Commission Chairman Richard Bachmann attended the three-day Organizational Planning and Technical Conference, which focused on addressing all necessary mechanisms to ensure a smooth execution of the annual scholastic multi-sport competition.
The event is expected to host 15,000 participants, including athletes, coaches, and officials from across the country.
The sports agency chief serves on the Palarong Pambansa board alongside key officials from the Department of Education led by Secretary Sonny Angara, and the Department of the Interior and Local Government headed by Secretary Jonvic Remulla.
Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc also affirmed the province’s readiness to provide an exceptional experience for all delegates.
