Putin, Zelenskyy invite India’s Modi to visit their countries

IN a separate phone call, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is welcome to visit their countries as they see him as a peacemaker.

Modi spoke to Putin to congratulate him on his re-election and discussed ways to strengthen India’s partnerships with both Ukraine and Russia.

The Indian leader also spoke with Zelenskyy about strengthening the India-Ukraine partnership and assured his country would continue providing humanitarian assistance for the Ukrainians.

The so-called Modi Magic continues to captivate hearts not just in India but also in other countries as the Indian leader’s diplomatic enigma spreads beyond its borders.

The Indian Prime Minister is seeking his third term in the upcoming general elections. The elections are scheduled to take place in seven phases from April 19 to June 1 and the results will be declared on June 4.
