GIIT ni Atty. Harry Roque, bahagi ng political persecution ng Marcos administration ang inilabas na arrest warrant laban sa kaniya dahil isa siyang kaalyado ng mga Duterte.
Aniya, hindi ito pagtakas kundi paggamit ng kaniyang karapatang pantao na humingi ng asylum para ipagtanggol ang kaniyang buhay at kalayaan.
