VICE President Sara Duterte should not resign from her position.
This was emphasized by the supporters of the Vice President amidst calls for her resignation during a rally at Plaza Moriones in Tondo, Manila on Friday.
According to Dang Imperial Mangalino, National Secretary General of Inday Para sa Bayan, Vice President Duterte’s exceptionally high performance and trust ratings attest to her competence.
Mangalino added that despite the criticisms and issues thrown at Vice President Duterte, she remains undistracted and focused in fulfilling her duties as Vice President and Education Secretary.
“We are all confident that there is no reason to call for Sara’s resignation. In fact, she ranked number one in the survey,” according to Dang Imperial Mangalino, National Secretary General, Inday Para sa Bayan.
“All government elected officials, she has the highest ratings,” Mangalino added.
For Inday Cares Founder Oliver Reyes, the calls for the Vice President’s resignation are baseless.
He noted how well Vice President Duterte performs her duties.
“We, like our fellow Filipino citizens, have seen how competent VP Sara is at her job and how diligent she is in her work. Regardless of the situation, whether dealing with the poor or the rich, we have seen that VP Sara is truly down to earth,” said Oliver Reyes, Founder, Inday Cares.
The rally was attended by Vice President Duterte’s supporters from various sectors of society.
They stated that they will continue holding gatherings to show their trust in the Vice President.
