The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines and the Department of Tourism, together with private sector partners, opened the Philippine Booth at this year’s Internationale Tourismus-Börse (ITB) 2025 in Berlin, Germany.
TPB COO Marga Nograles, along with Consul and Minister Gerardo Abiog; Rep. Ma. Cynthia Chan; Rep. Daphne A. Lagon; Ambassador Eduardo Martin R. Meñez, Philippine Ambassador to the Czech Republic, and his spouse, Madam Marissa V. Meñez; and Ambassador Evangelina Lourdes “Luli” A. Bernas, Philippine Ambassador to Austria, led the Philippine delegation to ITB Berlin. The delegation included 29 private sector exhibitors from travel and tour agencies, hotels, and resorts.
Filipino artistic excellence took center stage with opening performances by the acclaimed a cappella group Acapellago and renowned human beatbox artist Neil Llanes.
ITB Berlin is the world’s largest annual travel trade fair, bringing together tourism professionals, industry leaders, and global destinations for networking, business opportunities, and travel exchange.
