THE Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines welcomed media friends to the annual Pasasalamat, a grand celebration of culture and collaboration hosted on January 27, 2025, in Centro de Turismo Intramuros.
The thanksgiving event brought together content creators, media practitioners, and government officials, all avid promoters of Philippine travel, history, and culture.
TPB COO Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles showcased a fleet of awards won by the TPB, reporting Php 1.44 billion in media values and a record-breaking Php 11.3 billion in sales leads for 2024.
More than accolades and accomplishments, the night was filled with a vibrant display of Filipino culture and artistry. From elaborate Filipiñianas, weave accents, and proudly Filipino-made pieces, to exceptional local talents taking the stage with interactive performances—including a surprise number from homegrown global artist Apl de Ap of the Black Eyed Peas—Centro de Turismo Intramuros shone brightly with the beautiful culture of the Filipino.
