AN unborn child was among the 8 people who died at a recent mass shooting incident at a local church in Hamburg, Germany.
The deadly shooting incident took place at a Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Hamburg.
Residents were startled at the sound of gunshots in the Northern German City at around 9pm, local time, on Thursday.
The Hamburg police said other people were injured in the incident, some with serious wounds.
Authorities reported a man opened fire on Thursday night before killing himself.
The country’s interior minister said that Hamburg has never seen a mass shooting like this and there could have been more victims if police had not intervened quickly.
Investigators are still searching for a possible motive behind the shooting incident.
