LUMAHOK ang 33 sundalo sa bloodletting event na ginanap sa Army General Hospital (AGH) sa Fort Bonifacio.
Inilunsad ng Army General Hospital sa pakikipagtulungan ng Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center ang Yuletide bloodletting nitong Lunes, Disyembre 5.
Ang nasabing kaganapan ay bilang paggunita sa ika-63 anibersaryo ng pagkatatag ng ahensiya.
“The bloodletting drive showed the dedication and commitment of soldiers to save lives in a multitude ways,” ayon kay PA spokesperson Col. Xerxes Trinidad.
Umani naman ng 14,850 cc ng dugo mula sa mga nasabing sundalo ang bloodletting activity na ilalaan sa blood bank ng Victoriano Luna Medical Center sa Quezon City.
Kamakailan lamang ay pinangunahan ni PA Chief Lt. Gen. Romeo Brawner, Jr. ang isang gift-giving activity para sa mga sugatang sundalo na nagpapagaling sa AGH.
“With the Army’s main thrust of prioritizing the morale and welfare of its personnel and their families, our endeavor today signifies our compassion toward our hospitalized soldiers and deepest appreciation for their invaluable service,” pahayag ni Brawner.
