6.3 magnitude earthquake in Afghanistan kills at least 2, injures 125

THE strongest earthquake in Afghanistan since Oct. 7 hit Afghanistan’s Herat Province on Sunday, killing at least two and injuring 125 others.

The latest earthquake was the fourth one above the magnitude of 6 that had occurred in the country since October 7, at a time when two earthquakes with a magnitude of 6.2 jolted western Afghanistan’s Herat, flattening its villages, and claiming thousands of lives.
