BRIGADIER General Joel M Paloma PA, Chief of Strategic Studies and Strategy Management, Armed Forces of the Philippines, paid a courtesy call on the Vice Commander of the Philippine Air Force, Major General Aristotle D Gonzalez PAF, on February 03, 2025, at PAF Headquarters, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City.
The meeting provided an opportunity for the two leaders to discuss matters, particularly those related to strategic studies, strategy management, and the overall mission of the AFP. Furthermore, Brigadier General Paloma will contribute his expertise as a lecturer at the PAF Focus Workshop. This workshop aims to align PAF’s programs, projects, and activities with the new Command Thrust, “Focus PAF,” supporting its transformation into a mission-oriented, capability-driven, and values-based organization.
