THE Coast Guard Logistics Systems Command (CGLSC) organized a Zumba as part of its pre-anniversary activities at the Coast Guard Base Farola, today, 16 April 2024.
The CGLSC said the event was a celebration of unity, success and wellness. It also aimed to encourage Coat Guardians to take good care of their health.
“To have a sound body and mind as the foundation for a fulfilling life, taking care of both physical and mental health is essential for overall well-being,” CGLSC Commander, CG Commodore Ramos Lopez, emphasized during the activity.
The CGLSC will celebrate its 9th founding anniversary on 27 May 2024.
