THE Davao City Economic Enterprises (CEE) recorded a consistent increase in its revenue collection from 2022 to 2024.
In 2022, CEE’s collection reached P177,701,208.84 while in 2023, it reached P200,479,396.76.
CEE surpassed its yearly target in 2024, marking a significant increase from its 2023 collection by 5.48 percent.
Its 2024 revenue collection reached P211,473,170.76, with its market operations being the biggest contributor followed by the slaughterhouse operations.
CEE Manager Maximo Macalipes Jr. said that the consistent increase in revenue of the city’s economic enterprises further supports the economic development of the city.
CEE is responsible for revenue-generating frontline services in food, transportation, and deathcare with its operations directly contributing to the revenue collected by the City Treasurer’s Office.
Macalipes said the CEE will continue to strive to fulfill its mission of diverse and viable economic activities that will further enhance the city’s economic landscape and contribute to sustainable growth.
