The airline operates flights to more than 110 destinations across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia.
The company recently announced a hiring spree as it plans to strengthen its workforce across various departments.
A spokesperson for the airline revealed that a total of 1,120 new employees will join the workforce this year.
The new positions include pilots, cabin crew, engineers, and office-based employees.
This is the airline’s largest-ever recruitment drive to sustain its post-pandemic growth.
From 4,918 employees, the airline’s workforce is forecast to reach 5,774 by the end of this year, with as many as 136 nationalities currently employed.
The global aviation sector enjoys a booming industry as the post-pandemic era saw a huge demand for travel after countries worldwide reopened their borders once more.
