TRUMP called the decision of the NY court schedule on the hush-money trial as election interference. He also said he has a lot of cash when asked how he plans to pay the bond.
“This is all about election interference, this is all Biden-run things – meaning Biden and his thugs – because I don’t know if he knows he’s alive. It’s a shame what is happening to a country, this is election interference, they are doing things that have never been done in this country before, we’ve never had anything like it, certainly not at this level.”
“Well, as I said I have a lot of cash. You know I do because you looked at my statements. I mean, you’ve been examining my statements for a long time, and I have much more than that in cash. But I would also like to be able to use some of my cash to get elected. They don’t want me to use my cash to get elected. To recall, the ruling also stated that the $175 million bond will remain in place until at least September, meaning a judgment against Trump cannot be enforced until then.
Trump also called the hush-money case as a Biden trial but that it is only making him more popular.
Meanwhile, when asked if he’s going to accept money from a foreign government to pay the bond, this is what he said.
“Now, I don’t do that. I think it will be allowed to possibly, I don’t know. I mean, if you go borrow form a big bank, many of the banks are outside of this. As you know, the biggest banks frankly are outside of our country, so you could do that but I don’t need to borrow money. I have a lot of money, I built a great company.”
“I don’t know that you are going to have a trial, I don’t know how are you going to have a trial. This is the middle of the presidential election. And this is a Biden trial, this is all the Biden trials because Colangelo works for Biden.”
“Well, it could also make me more popular, because people know that it’s a scam. This is a Biden trial, there’s no trial, this is a Biden trial,” Trump stated.
