PAIIGTINGIN sa Abra ang Inter-agency collaboration.
Nagkaroon kamakailan ng mahahalagang pagpupulong ang League of Executives and Administrators for Development (LEAD)-Abra.
Kinabibilangan ito ng mga pinuno ng national line agencies gaya ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Tourism (DOT), Department of Justice (DOJ), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) at iba pang ahensiya ng gobyerno.
Sa pamamagitan nito, inaasahang mabilis at epektibong maipatutupad ang mga proyekto at programa na mag-aangat sa antas ng pamumuhay at seguridad sa lalawigan ng Abra.
Dumalo sa nasabing pagtitipon ang kumander ng 501st Brigade na si BGen. Ferdinand Melchor C. Dela Cruz, bilang isa sa mga panauhin at nagbigay ito ng ulat patungkol sa estado ng insurhensiya sa lugar.
Sa huli, nakamit ng LEAD-Abra ang pagkakaroon ng magandang ugnayan sa pagitan ng mga lokal na departamento at mga ahensiya ng pamahalaan.
