IPATUTUPAD sa lungsod ng Davao ang mas pinaigting na protocols sa ilalim ng alert level 3.
Kabilang ang Davao City sa limang lugar sa Mindanao na isinailalim ng Inter Agency Task Force sa alert level 3 mula January 14-31 at ito ang Cagayan de Oro City sa Region 10, Butuan City at Agusan del Sur sa Caraga Region, Cotabato City sa Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao at Davao City base sa Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) resolution no. 156-c series of 2022.
Ayon sa tagapagsalita ng Davao City COVID-19 task force na si Dr. Michelle Schlosser inaasahan nang maisasailalim ang lungsod sa naturang level lalo pa’t patuloy ang nararanasang pagtaas ng kaso dito.
Dahil dito bagamat maaring mag impose ang mga LGUs ng mga restrictions na subjected sa oversight, monitoring at evaluation ng kanilang Regional IATF.
Ayon kay Dr. Sclosser mas maghihigpit ang pamahalaang lungsod sa paggalaw ng mga senior citizens, persons with commorbidity at sa mga indibidwal na 18 years old pababa na maari lamang lumabas para sa mga essential purposes.
Hindi sila papayagang makalabas kung hindi para sa health, food at iba pang commodities.
‘’Interzonal travel is okay but the LGU has the right to restrict in our case during our alert level 3. We are restricting 18 and below and people belonging to the vulnerable sector such as senior citizens, persons with comorbidities from going out if not essential. Defining essential as those for health, for food, and other commodities,’’ ayon kay Dr. Michelle Schlosser.
Aniya magdadagdag ang LGU ng hiwalay na guidelines para sa operational capacity ng establishments maliban pa sa itinalaga ng IATF.
Ilan sa mga ipapairal sa ilalim ng alert level 3 ay ang pagconduct ng social events at Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, at Exhibitions (MICE), restaurants & cafes, gayundin ang tourist attractions na mayroong capacity na 50 percent indoors (following social distancing) at 70 percent outdoors.
Patuloy naman na nirerequire ang pagpapatupad ng minimum public health standards sa lahat ng establisimyento.
Para sa special events at meetings, incentives, conferences at exhibitions ang mga establishments ay pinapayuhang kumuha ng acknowlegement form o special mayors permit.
Hindi papayagan ang live performances, karaoke/videoke bars, venues for live entertainment, kid amusement places, casinos, cockfighting, horse-racing, pageants, cultural/fashion shows, tournaments, political gatherings.
Samantala, ayon sa Davao City Tourism Operations office (CTOO) tatanggapin lamang ng lungsod ang mga vaccinated passengers na nagbyahe sa pamamagitan ng land, sea at papasok at paalis ng National Capital Region.
Sinabi din nito, na wala namang restrictions o requirements para sa mga magbyahe by land, sea at air subalit nakahanda itong sumunod sa mga guidelines at protocols na itatalaga ng IATF.
