IN line with the Command’s continuous pursuit of upholding the quality of education, training and doctrine development, students, training staff, and unit commanders of the Naval Education, Training and Doctrine Command – Philippine Navy took part in the recent Local Informational Program Visit (LIPV) at the Air Education, Training and Doctrine Command of the Philippine Air Force in Lipa City, Batangas.
NETDC Commander, Rear Adm. Alfonso Torres Jr., headlined the PN delegation who was welcomed by PAF counterpart, Maj. Gen. Ramon Guiang, followed by a briefing and a forum.
Said interaction provided an opportunity for educators from the two premier training institutions to forge ties and work together towards upholding the standards of education, training, and doctrine development systems for the benefit of students and stakeholders.
