Russia, China end military exercises in Sea of Japan

RUSSIA and China have ended their joint naval exercise in the Sea of Japan.

The latest joint naval exercises between the Russian and Chinese navy signal deeper military ties between the two allied nations.

Both Russia and China share a common desire to counter American supremacy.

The latest joint naval exercises aim not only at strengthening naval cooperation between the two countries but also to maintain stability and peace in the Asia- Pacific Region.

Some 20 combat exercises were carried out including joint artillery fire on maritime, coastal, and air targets, as reported by the army.

The Russian navy sent two anti-submarine ships, two corvettes, and auxiliary ships for the war games.

Meanwhile, China and Russia organized several exercises between their armies in recent months such as a joint air patrol over the seas of Japan and east China last month.
