INILABAS ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) ang resulta ng imbestigasyon sa bumagsak na C-130 plane sa Patikul Sulu.
“Material, human at environmental factors” ang mga naging sanhi ng pagbagsak ng C-130 plane sa Sulu kamakailan.
Ito ay batay sa resulta ng imbestigasyon na isinagawa ng Philippine Air Force Accident Investigation Board na inilabas ng AFP.
Ayon sa AFP, sa ulat ng investigating team ay walang single factor ang maaaring maiugnay na may eksklusibong sanhi ng aksidente.
Statement on the Result of Crashed Aircraft Investigation
The Armed Forces of the Philippines concluded that a combination of multiple factors caused the unfortunate crash of two of its aircraft in June and July this year.
Material, human and environmental factors were determined by the Philippine Air Force Aircraft Accident Investigation Board as cause of the ill-fated C-130 crash in Sulu.
Based on the investigating team’s report, no single factor can be attributed to have exclusively caused the accident.
It was most probably due to actual or perceived material factors, and induced human factors which were aggravated by local and environment conditions.
The aircraft component, the environmental condition and aircrew response led to unrecoverable stall in a critical phase of the aircraft operation. “
Una namang sinabi ni Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana na ang pagbagsak ng C-130 ay bunsod ng defective instruments ng aircraft at inappropriate reaction ng piloto.
Hulyo 4 nang bumagsak ang C-130 sa barangay Bangkal sa Patikul kung saan 53 ang nasawi kabilang ang 50 sundalo at 3 sibilyan habang 50 ang nasugatan.
Natapos na ring tukuyin ng mga kaanak ang pagkakailanlan ng mga nasawing sundalo mula sa bumagsak na eroplano.
Gayunpaman, patuloy ang suporta ng pamahalaan para sa mga nabuhay sa aksidente mula sa pagbibigay suporta sa gamutan hanggang sa pagbibigay ng mga benepisyo.
