THAI Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin will visit France, Italy, and Japan from the 15th through the 24th of May.
Thavisin plans to bring a group of Thai business leaders to the Thailand – France Business Forum & Roundtable.
He will be meeting his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron during the said forum designed to facilitate collaboration between the private sectors of both countries.
In Italy, the Thai prime minister plans to enhance ties with the European country in line with the “Ignite Thailand 2025” initiative.
In Japan, Thavisin will attend the Nikkei Forum and engage in dialogues with Japanese business leaders focusing on logistics, food, and finance.
The prime minister wants to use the forum in Japan as a golden opportunity to boost investment in Thailand.
Thavisin will stay in France and Italy, from the 15th through the 21st of May, and visit Japan, from the 22nd through the 24th of May.
The main objective of the tour is to promote Thailand’s readiness for collaboration in various sectors, such as trade, industry, defense, and energy.
