THE United States has reported of two more derailment incidents in Washington and Arizona.
In two separate incidents, BNSF trains were derailed on Thursday in the states of Arizona and Washington.
According to reports, the derailment in Western Arizona happened near its border with California and Nevada.
Apparently, the train was transporting corn syrup when the accident happened.
As of the latest report, there were no leaks or spills from the derailment.
On the other hand, in Washington, the state train spilled diesel fuel on tribal land along Puget Island.
The State Ecology Department said that around 5,000 gallons of diesel fuel leaked from the derailment area.
Currently, the cause of the derailments is not yet known.
Meanwhile, the two incidents are the latest derailments since the East Palestine, Ohio tragedy last February wherein hazardous chemicals leaked.
