THE damage caused by the shear line and low pressure area in Davao Region was severe. Many places were flooded and land collapsed in Brgy. Masara, Maco, Davao de Oro.
The Office of the Vice President-Disaster Operations Center and Davao Satellite Office responded to evacuated residents thru our Health Food Truck and relief boxes (RBs).
Vice President Sara Duterte also went to the place personally to extend help and condolences to the victims.
OVP distributed 671 relief boxes to evacuation centers in Nueva Iloco National High School, Nueva Visayas Gym Elementary School, Andili National High School, Andili Elementary School, Lorenzo Sarmiento Sr. National High School and Bawani Elementary School.
