SA talumpati ni Vice President at Education Secretary Sara Duterte bilang panauhing pandangal sa pagdiriwang ng ika-122 Police Anniversary sa lalawigan ng Caraga ay binigyang-diin nito ang kahalagahan ng pagkakaroon ng confidential funds.
Ayon kay VP Inday Sara na siya ring Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary, napakahalaga ng confidential funds upang mapanatili ang kaayusan ng takbo ng peace and order lalo na sa pag-iwas sa mga kabataan na ma-recruit ng makakaliwang grupo.
‘‘Mga kababayan, I stand before you to shed lights on the crucial role of the confidential funds in ensuring the security and developments of our beloved nation in pursuit of progress is a operative that we prioritized the wellbeing of our citizens in safeguard the peace and order that under then in our society. Sa huli pinuri ni VP Sara ang sakripisyo at kabayanihan ng hanay ng kapulisan upang mapanatili ang takbo ng peace and order sa bansa.

That is why, ‘yan lang din ang mga simpleng aming maibigay o ma-e-share na advice sa inyo, huwag lang ninyo silang tulongan at huwag lang din kayo ang maging criminal. ‘Yan lang ang hinihingi namin sa inyo. Inuulit ko, ang aming pagpapasalamat. Marami sa inyo ang nagsasakripisyo, malayo sa pamilya, hindi nakikita ang mga anak dahil sa trabaho ninyo. Huwag kayong mawalan ng pag-asa. Ang ating bansa ay magiging matatag, magiging mapayapa kung tayo ay magtulongan.
