MAJ. Gen. Noe Alberto Q. Peñafiel, prior to his new designation, served as the Armed Forces of the Philippines Internal Auditor. He belongs to the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) “Sambisig” Class of 1991. He holds a Master of International Relations from Macquarie University and Master in Public Management from Development Academy of the Philippines.
Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido called on the Spear troopers to continue enhancing their collaboration with partners from local government and security sector.
“Ensure to prioritize national programs aimed at achieving the collective interests of the country, supported by a revitalized and judicious allocation of resources. United by the vision of Bagong Pilipinas, let us remain sharp, our strikes precise, and our service professional,” said Lt. Gen. Galido during the ceremony.
