MAGIGING matagumpay lang ang Department of Disaster Resilience (DDR) sa isang mabisang lider ayon kay Representative Lucy Torres-Gomez.
Maraming talented Filipino Scientists na makakatulong para bumuo ng mga planong may kaugnayan sa disaster resilience.
“We have very talented Filipino Scientists, we really just need a leader that would believe them, a leader that could bring them all together and make those wonderful minds come up together to come up a strategies that will benefit our country and our people as a whole.”
Sa programang Statecraft ng SMNI News, binigyang-diin ni Leyte 4th District Rep. Torres- Gomez na kinakailangan lang ng magaling na lider upang magtagumpay sa layunin na isinusulong nitong pagtatayo ng DDR.
