RECOGNIZING the inadequacy of space for community activities in Barangay Bagbag, Quezon City, the Department of Public Works and Highways-Quezon City I District Engineering Office initiated the construction of multi-purpose building, which was recently completed on June 5, 2024.
The three-storey building on its ground floor includes amenities such as a small office with a toilet, a driveway, and a parking space that can accommodate up to ten vehicles at once. On its second floor lie the main office area, two other office rooms, a conference room, a daycare area, a pantry, and storage, along with three comfort rooms. In addition to its overall functionality and safety, the structure also has a multi-purpose area, a roof deck, and is equipped with basic lighting fixtures, an air-conditioning system, and a fire exit.
