THE Department of the Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) has donated lumber to the Department of Education (DepEd) to help the agency in rebuilding school buildings and classrooms damaged by previous typhoons.
Engineer Giovannie Magat, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Officer said 17,372 board feet of lumber was given to the DepEd to support the education infrastructure in the province.
The beneficiary schools of the lumber donation include the Luclucos Integrated School in Kayapa town, Almaguer North Elementary School in Bambang town, Cesario M. Tubiera Elementary School, Darapidap Elementary School, and Aritao Central School in Aritao town, and Kasibu Elementary School, Bua Elementary School, and Domang Elementary School in Kasibu town.
